Returns & Warranty

At GROG, we stand behind the products we make. That’s why all GROG products are backed by a 1-year warranty, and orders placed through our website are covered by a 30-day return policy.

1-Year Warranty

All GROG products include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects
  • hardware faults
  • software faults, where applicable
  • defects caused during production

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by misuse
  • accidental damage
  • issues resulting from improper handling or installation

If you believe your item is faulty, please complete our Warranty Form. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Please do not use the standard returns process for warranty claims.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your GROG purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • your refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • proof of purchase or order receipt must be provided
  • the item must be undamaged
  • the item must be in resellable condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging, even if it has been opened

GROG reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

Our returns policy does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by misuse
  • accidental damage

Please note that return shipping costs for refunds or exchanges are not covered by GROG.

Returns Process

Step 1: Send the item back

Please include either:

  • a printed copy of your order confirmation or receipt, or
  • a note clearly showing your original order number and email address

Step 2: Contact us

Once your parcel has been sent, please contact us with the details of your return or exchange request, including:

  • your original order number
  • the item you are returning or exchanging
  • your preferred replacement item, if requesting an exchange
  • your full name
  • your postal address

Step 3: Confirmation and processing

A member of the GROG team will confirm your request by email once it has been received.

After your return arrives, it will usually be processed within 2–3 business days. Refunds may then take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Information

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by our team.
  • All returns must be sent through your local postal service or courier.
  • We do not accept direct in-person returns.
  • Delivery times to our returns address may vary, so please allow time for your parcel to arrive.
  • Keep your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
